- Completing the monthly reconciliation process within 15 business days after the end of the previous month
- Managing payroll and providing current best practices for the employees and for company compliance, in step with financial savings
- Managing Human Resources duties
- Reviewing and updating cash forecasts and the operating budget to reflect the company’s dynamic business model
- Work with project managers to help provide the tools they need to accomplish and scale their work
- Proposing to management and securing the appropriate bank accounts and banking relationships
- Acting as a ‘sounding board’ for the management of the company
OPERATIONAL
- Securing and reviewing bank credit line proposals and monitoring ongoing covenant compliance requirements
- Managing annual audit and tax procedures
- Directing legal and administrative activities, including interface with outside legal counsel and contracts administration
- Assisting with facility lease negotiations
- Managing the accounts payable and fixed asset functions
- Managing the accounts receivable function, including keeping AR current
- Performing the monthly close and preparing financial statements
